Tips for searching the glossary

Instructions

Term search

Allows you to search a word, phrase or standard abbreviation that has an English and French equivalent term in the glossary.

Supplementary search

Allows you to search a word, phrase, expression or standard abbreviation contained in supplementary information. This search will provide the term as well as any supplementary information pertaining to that term. This includes all occurrences of the term in all supplementary information fields.

Supplementary information is either

  • A definition
  • An example of how the term is used
  • Additional information about the term, or
  • All of the above
