Official grains of Canada
The Canada Grain Act regulates 21 types of grain. Under the Canada Grain Act, the Canadian Grain Commission sets and maintains the quality standards for these grains.
We offer detailed information for each of the 21 grains including: uses, growing areas, moisture and test weight conversion charts, analysis of harvest and export quality and grading information.
The 21 grains are organized into categories depending on the type of grain.
