Tips for searching

Searching the codes

You can search for a code by:

• Product code – 2 digits
• Product segregation code – 4 characters
• Keyword – Product long name or short name

You may enter partial values in the fields. For example, you can enter part of the product’s name in the “Short name or long name” field.

To limit your search, complete more than 1 field. To expand your search, complete fewer fields.

If you have problems:

• Make sure you have:
  • Spelled all words correctly.
  • Entered only numbers in the product code field.
  • Entered only letters in the keyword field.
• Try using:
  • Different keywords.
  • More general keywords.
  • Fewer keywords.
