Deer, antelope, elk or moose excreta

Order no. 2009-137

August 1, 2009

Pursuant to paragraph 118(h) of the Canada Grain Act, effective immediately and until further notice, operators of licensed primary elevators may refuse to receive grain containing visible excreta from vertebral column animals including deer, antelope, elk or moose into any licensed primary elevator.

This order will expire on July 31, 2010, unless previously revoked by the Commission.
