Pursuant to paragraph 19(a)(iii) of the Canada Grain Act, the Canadian Grain Commission hereby establishes a grade of wheat to be known as Western Canadian Wheat Class – 5400IP, that may be graded upon unload on the basis of the specifications outlined on the attached grade schedules.
This order shall expire on July 31, 2010, unless previously revoked by the Commission.
