Accreditation Application (one-time): $500.00

Annual Accreditation Fee*: $3,000.00

Auditor Training and Assessment (per person)**: CIPRS -- $250.00

Auditor Training and Assessment (per person)**: CIPRS + HACCP and CGC HACCP -- $500.00

On-site assessments (per day, as required)**: $500.00

* The Process Verification and Accreditation Office will be increasing the above-noted fee as of January 1, 2012 to $5,000.00.
