Classes

There are numerous classes of beans; for example, cranberry beans, blackeye beans, black turtle beans. The class of beans forms part of the grade name; for example, Beans, number 1 Canada Cranberry.

The method of determining the class of a bean is by the size, shape and colour of the bean.
