Reinspection of grain delivered to a terminal elevator
Receiving reinspection results
Once the Canadian Grain Commission has received the grain sample to be inspected and your completed application form, the Chief Grain Inspector for Canada or authorized inspector will:
- inspect the sample
- issue an Inward Reinspection Certificate to both you and the other party named in the application form
If the grade assigned by the Chief Grain Inspector for Canada or authorized inspector is different from the original grade assigned to the sample, all inspection certificates and other documents relating to the grain must be revised. The Chief Grain Inspector’s or authorized inspector’s determination is final.
