Description of service

• Provision of one 500-gram sample of Canada Western Amber Durum wheat once every two months for 12 months.
• A statistical analysis of all results.

Service standard

• Samples are mailed to subscribers the last week of the month prior to testing.

Performance target

• The target for achieving this standard is set at 90%.
