As of May 1, 2026, Canadian flaxseed exports will no longer be subject to the specific procedures and requirements outlined in the Sampling and testing protocol for bulk shipments of flaxseed exported to the European Union.

These protocols describe the system of sampling, testing and documentation for the control of FP967 (CDC Triffid) in shipments of Canadian flaxseed.
