Grain company licence changes

The Canadian Grain Commission publishes lists of changes to licences held by grain companies.

A licence can be listed as no longer in effect for different reasons.

    • Producers who do business with a company while its licence is suspended are not protected by security under the Canada Grain Act.
  3. Licence revoked
    • The Canadian Grain Commission has issued an order to revoke a licence due to the licensee:
      • not meeting conditions of licensing as set out in the Canada Grain Act and Canada Grain Regulations
      • failing to comply with a Commission order in relation to the operations of an elevator
      • failing to maintain or increase security as required by a Commission order
