Effective May 1, 2026, Monette Seeds Ltd. is no longer licensed by the Canadian Grain Commission. The company’s primary elevator licence at Swift Current, SK, will not be renewed.
Monette Seeds Ltd. has filed for protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). Any producers who are owed money for grain deliveries should contact our Safeguards for Grain Farmers Program immediately.
