Primary and Process Elevator Weekly reporting

The Canadian Grain Commission encourages licensees to use the on-line reporting service to complete Primary and Process Elevator Weekly Reports.

Obligation to report

Canada Grain Regulations, Part 3, Section 25: Process Elevator Reports, states that:

25. Every week, each process elevator licensee shall submit to the Commission a report made on the appropriate form supplied by the Commission or acceptable to the Commission respecting the licensee's operations during the preceding week.

Canada Grain Regulations, Part 3, Section 26(a): Primary Elevator Reports, states that:

26. Each primary elevator licensee shall submit to the Commission (a) every week, a report made on the appropriate form supplied by the Commission or acceptable to the Commission respecting the licensee's operations during the preceding week.

Failure to comply with your obligations under the Canada Grain Act and Canada Grain Regulations could lead to the suspension or revocation of your licence. Please note that it is a serious offence to make a false report.
