Each crop year, the Canadian Grain Commission collects information about Canadian grain. We use that information to produce reports on producer deliveries, domestic handling, and exports of Canadian grain. Current and historical data and statistics are available.
Grain Research Laboratory
The research conducted by the Canadian Grain Commission’s Grain Research Laboratory falls under two categories: crop research and technology research.
Grain harvest and export quality
Find data on the end-use quality of Canadian grain in the annual harvest and in exports. Methods and tests for measuring quality parameters are provided.
